Every quarter Ellis make an award to a member of the team who has made an outstanding contribution in the course of their work.
Winners are selected for a variety of reasons.
Sometimes a client or working partner will nominate someone who they think has performed beyond the call of duty or exceeded all their expectations.
Occasionally, we will simply award a colleague for helping to make Ellis one of the leading building companies in the South East.
Details of each winner are included on this web site with information about how each person achieved the Ellis Elite Award and a short summary of what their career in building and construction involves.
We take the recruitment, support and development of every member of staff very seriously and this award scheme is just a small part of that commitment.

Linda Willard, Admin Assisstant and one of Ellis's longest serving employees, has received the Ellis Elite Award for October 2008. Linda was nominated by the Office Manager for her true commitment and dedication in everything she does.
Linda is a conscientious, reliable worker who quietly gets on with the job in hand. When there is a deadline to meet, Linda will stay on to ensure the job is complete and reliably covers for the Office Manager when needed. Linda is a most valuable member of the team and without Linda, the Admin Department would in no way be as effective and efficient as it is.
