Ellis Building Contractors sister Company Ellis Building Developments developed the former Air Cadet HQ on Rangemore Drive in Eastbourne and had built and sold 5 new stylish bungalows.
This is this first time a development of bungalows has been constructed in Eastbourne for many years. The first bungalow was completed in early April 2009 and sold at the open day on Saturday 11th April. Agents Emslie & Tarrant sold the last bungalow in December 2009 just 12 months after the works commenced on site.
